We are a specialized private equity investment manager and our investment sector is agriculture. In Latvia, we are one of the largest owners and managers of farmland.
We purchase and manage fragmented farmland and forest assets in different regions of Latvia, perform recultivation works of abandoned land, and return it to agricultural production. In close cooperation with experienced rural entrepreneurs, we promote the consolidation of agricultural land and its sustainable use and preservation.
We oversee approximately 5,000 hectares of agricultural land and forest located in various regions of Latvia. Our specialists have an in-depth understanding of the Latvian rural environment and skillfully manage the return into production and conservation of this valuable resource.
We find it imperative to take care of the abandoned farmlands and forests by putting our efforts and funding in re-cultivation of overgrown agricultural areas, maintenance and restoration of melioration systems, as well as planting historically clear-cut forests.
Through long-term agreements and tailored cooperation with local farmers and specialized contractors, we manage our farmland and forest assets most efficiently. We provide an asset-light opportunity for local farmers to concentrate their financial capacity on primary agricultural production.
